| The Community
Partnership Network (CPN) is a 501 ( c ) (3) non-profit organization
dedicated to helping traditionally under-funded community based
agencies meet the social, economic, educational and health needs
of Bergen County families by connecting them with a network of community
givers comprised of local residents, businesses, schools, religious
organizations, and other concerned community groups committed to
building healthy communities through active and sustained giving.
Our goals are
to:
- Raise awareness
about the multiple and complex needs of Bergen County communities.
- Encourage
community action by making giving easy.
- Act as
a county facilitator in communicating unmet needs to potential
givers.
CPN
strives to achieve these goals by enabling you to log-on, learn
abut the needs in your community, and help families in need.
